Sweet Jalapeno Pepper Jelly - Serve over a block of cream cheese with some crackers and you have an instant and memoriable appetizer to take on the go! One of my top sellers!!

Zany Zuchini Marmalade, Rhubarb Lovers Marmalade and Cranberry Orange Relish - each bursting with great flavor and include nice citrus undertones.

Chutneys
Spicy Island Chutney - Try this with fish, seafood, salmon, poultry or over with your favorite cheese with crakers!!
Blueberry-Rhubarb Chutney - Fabulous served with grilled chicken or pork tenderloin. Makes a fabulous ham glaze!!

Salsas
Black Bean and Corn Salsa- Medium, not too mild but not too wild
Pineapple Mango Salsa - Try with your favorite chips, chicken or fish!
